Mr. Vishal Sharma, founder partner, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a qualified Licensiate Company Secretary. He also holds Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA). He has vast experience in consultancy of Income Tax, Service Tax, commercial law including appearing before adjudicating authorities, .
